Apply with Dean

There are THREE steps in getting Pre-Approved for mortgage with Dean Hayes:

1. Gather documentation listed below (very important – we will need all of them!)
2. Download and sign these forms: Click Here
3. Send the documents needed to me via scan and email to Dean@DeanHayes.com, or by fax to 866-483-2952.


DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO PROCESS YOUR LOAN PRE-APPROVAL

  • 2009 tax returns
  • 2009 W-2s
  • 2010 tax returns
  • 2010 W-2s
  • 2011 W-2s
  • Most recent 30 days pay stubs (must be consecutive)
  • Most recent 60 days bank statements (all pages, please)
  • Most recent 2 investment account statements (401k, IRA, etc.)
  • Copy of your driver’s license, passport or other photo ID

Once steps one through three are complete, I look forward to scheduling a Pre-Mortgage Credit Analysis to help you learn a little more about your credit score, as well as to discuss the loan programs available, today’s rates, and the final steps to take in purchasing your new home!
